The Andes 509 Cross Trainer is the total package with its 15 programmes including 3 DESIGN YOUR OWN and 2 HEART RATE CONTROL programmes you have more than enough to keep your workouts varied! The Andes 509 has what we call an APS pedal system this is a system which allows the pivoting foot plates to match the natural angle of your feet when moving through the elliptical motion. Also with this Cross Trainer you get the facility to stop/start and change resistance effciently without having to reach the console ( 2 swithes on either side of the arms ).
