The Kettler Apollo Exercise Bike has a motor controlled magnetic brake system witch gives 10 stages of resistance, this exercise bike has 13 programs with heart rate controll. The computer screen records all exercising data including time, distance, speed, calorie consumption, pulse rate, recovery pulse rate and fitness mark (1-6) awarded at the end of session. The Kettler Apollo Exercise Bike has a 8kg flywheel which gives a very smooth action. Great value for money!
